OUR 50th CLINIC IN LAS NAVAS SAMAR
Our 50th clinic in Las Navas was our toughest yet. The communities we served were located in the remote mountainous areas of Taylor, requiring a four-hour walk under the intense summer heat. Despite the challenges, reaching these underserved areas and providing much-needed medical care was incredibly fulfilling. It reminded us why our work is so important and how much it can mean to communities that are often overlooked due to their remote location.
TRAVEL TIME
1.5 hr flight from Manila to Catarman, 1.5 hrs land travel to Las Navas, 4.5 hrs walk to Barangay Poponton, Taylor.
